5. Handling of health and behavior data

If you take part in our AI-driven behavior-change service or a joint PoC (proof of concept), we may handle health and behavior data such as step counts. We collect such data based on your explicit consent and use it only to provide and improve the service. As a rule, participating companies and organizations receive only non-identifying aggregates, such as department- or team-level results. Individual-level information may be viewed by the participating company or organization only when the purpose, data items, recipient, viewing scope and retention period have been stated in advance and the individual has given explicit consent, and only within the scope of that consent. Data collected through the ESPL apps is handled under each app's privacy policy (espl.jp).

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The service uses cookies to collect information such as the pages viewed, the referring source, time on page and the browser and device type. It does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, address or email address. We have IP anonymisation enabled.

The information collected is handled under Google LLC's privacy policy. To stop this collection, disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies does not affect your ability to browse this website.
