Business

Sound evidence,
turned into behavior.

Products, an AI-driven behavior-change service, and behavior-change development support. Discern, deliver, generate, co-create - every form we offer ends in people moving in healthier ways.

FOUNDATION — DISCERN

The evidence discipline beneath the business.

We discern sound evidence from peer-reviewed literature, public data and third-party evaluation, and apply it consistently across products, service and development support. Evidence is not a parallel business line - it is the internal discipline beneath everything we offer.

01 — DELIVER

Deliver products

ESPL and ESPL GH - evidence we have vetted, delivered as products people can use every day.

03 — CO-CREATE

Co-create behavior change

For companies and organizations that need people to move in healthier ways, we support the development end to end - defining the target behavior, reviewing the evidence, designing the mechanism and its verification, and working alongside your team.

REVENUE MODEL

How we earn

Which line of business is paid for by whom - the structure, stated plainly.

ESPL (individual use)
Currently free to the public. A fee-based model is planned for the future.
Organizational use
For the health campaigns and events of companies, health insurance societies and municipalities, we provide ESPL and ESPL GH customized for the organization, for a fee. This is the core of our revenue.
AI-driven behavior-change service
Positioned as a paid service for organizations, with AI agents operating programs on our execution platform. We are currently recruiting joint-PoC partners.
Behavior-change development support
Support fees. Under an NDA, we hear the problem and propose the scope, form and estimate individually.

03 — CO-CREATE

Behavior-change development support

Walking, sleeping, getting screened, keeping going - health challenges come down to whether people actually move. We offer the health-behavior design we practice in our own products, as support for your development.

Challenges this fits

  • You want users and members to build lasting habits - exercise, sleep, diet
  • You want employee health and safety behaviors to actually stick
  • You want more people showing up for health screenings and public-health programs
  • You built a good health app or program - and want design, not luck, to keep it used

What we provide

  1. Define the target behavior, review the evidence We start by defining whose behavior, which behavior, and why. We vet what peer-reviewed literature and public data can support - and say so when they cannot.
  2. Design a mechanism that lasts We turn behavioral-economics findings - incentive design, commitment, loss aversion - into a mechanism fitted to your audience and context.
  3. Design the verification How will we know it worked? Metrics, comparison design and duration are fixed before launch - so the results never claim more than they can.
  4. Support implementation and operation We work alongside your development team. Where useful, we can also design operation on our execution platform or by AI agents.

What this stands on

  • We practice it ourselvesWe build and operate the behavior-change apps ESPL and ESPL GH. Our hands-on practice centers on walking and habit continuation.
  • The evidence disciplineThe same vetting process applies to support work, at the same bar.
  • AI operation, running todayWe built and operate the system in which AI agents call our execution platform and drive it from challenge creation through verification and reward distribution - offered as the Kenko Keiei AI Agent Package.

How it starts

Tell us the outline first, within what you can share publicly. Where needed we sign an NDA before going into detail, then propose the scope, form and estimate. It can start as small as sorting out the target behavior.
