AI Era of Health Evidence

Behavior change, generated by AI.

We discern sound evidence, build it into products — and AI agents operate the programs that generate everyday health behavior, all under one roof.

AI × Behavior Change

Behavior change,
generated by AI agents.

For health behavior backed by sound evidence, the AI agent calls our execution platform ESPL via MCP and operates it end to end — design, rollout, verification, rewards and improvement. Announced in June 2026; how well that whole loop runs is what we are validating through the joint PoC. Decisions that matter, like moving funds, execute only after human approval.

Where we apply it

The first target is corporate wellness.

Why Evidence Now

AI goes beyond advice
to move the real world.

From machines that move the physical world directly,
to systems that move a person’s daily behavior.
What we take on is behavior change in health.

Text can be scrolled past. Behavior cannot be undone.

Generative AI even fabricates “plausible false citations”
under the names of real experts1.
Even faithful to a source, it can mislead by dropping context2.
And most people can’t tell the difference3.

That is exactly why verifiable evidence gains value.
Backing from peer-reviewed literature, public data and
third-party evaluation is what makes trust checkable.
Google's quality-rater guidelines call for particularly high standards for health information (YMYL)4.

So we don't take AI's answers at face value. People discern the grounds,
AI operates the program, and human approval can sit at the points that matter.
That is how AI comes to generate behavior change — our blueprint.

Why Us

Why us.

  1. One discipline, carried through to behavior.

Our evidence discipline supports what we offer: products and an AI-driven behavior-change service. We connect discernment, implementation and real-world operation without treating Evidence as a separate offering.

  2. We hand-pick the grounds.

From peer-reviewed literature, public data and third-party evaluation, only the strong evidence makes it into our products. In an era of fabricated citations, that eye is the value.

  3. We run the execution platform ourselves.

ESPL (consumer) and ESPL GH (enterprise) are developed and operated in-house. Proposals start from a running service and its operating know-how, not from a slide deck.

  4. We design from how people actually feel.

A background in kansei engineering — measuring how things feel — builds perceived burden and ease of continuing into the design itself. Behavior lasts when it doesn't fight the person.

Healthcare Business

Behavior change,
in product form.

With the ESPL family that designs reasons to walk, we make daily health action something that lasts.

Flagship 01 — B2C

ESPL

Design the reason to walk.

We don’t leave walking to willpower alone. Grounded in behavioral economics (loss aversion, commitment, altruism), ESPL designs daily walking as an experience that’s easy to keep up — a consumer service.

ESPL GH

Habit-forming for corporate wellness, through points.

The same thinking, operated for companies, municipalities and healthcare/health-support settings. It combines point design, dashboards and public-health-nurse-supported operation so wellness programs don’t end at “signed up.”

  • Walking challenges

  • Health insurance society
